Refund eligibility
Digital downloadable products
- Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, returns and refunds will not be accepted once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
- If you receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, the email receipt by you will constitute delivery by us to you for the products you have purchased.
- In case you are unable to download the products you purchased, or you do not receive an email from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you do not contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase, the products you purchased will be considered received, downloaded, and delivered to you.
Service and event booking
- You may request a refund for your booking if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service or event date.
- Refunds requested after this period may not be awarded unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund ineligibility
- If you download a product but change your mind or no longer want it, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If the product does not meet your expectations, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchases made by mistake are not eligible for a refund.
- If you are entitled to a refund claim but do not provide sufficient information to support it, you will not receive a refund.
- If you can no longer access your purchased digital product because you exhausted your download limit or it has been removed/deleted and you failed to download and save it, you are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptional circumstances
If you encounter exceptional circumstances that prevent you from accessing or utilizing any purchased service or product, reach out to us within the acceptable refund timeframe outlined for the different categories or within 14 days. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may consider offering a refund or alternative solution.

We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
You relinquish any rights to challenge this policy or take legal action against us. Additionally, we are not liable for any differences in exchange rates between the time of your purchase and the time of your refund.
